Principais Responsabilidades

  • Manage and coordinate Product Launches;
  • Manage and coordinate Technology Transfers (TT), including gap analysis execution of MA dossiers;
  • Knowledge of project management principles;
  • Prepare and interpret project KPI’s;
  • Lead the switch-over from launch to the first year market/routine batches;
  • Coordinate product improvement/optimization projects (change of manufacturing process, manufacturing equipment)
  • Coordinate activities related with the implementation of alternative API sources;
  • Support contract negotiations and management, including successful execution of contracts;
  • Liaise with Legal, Regulatory, Finance, IT, Quality, QC, Production, Logistics and other relevant Areas of Organization when needed.


  • Background in Pharmaceutical Sciences or other Life-Health Science related areas;
  • Know how in Pharma in manufacturing practices, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and/or project management is required;
  • Fluency in English (oral and written);
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Project, SAP);
  • Strong time management and organization skills;
  • Communication skills to develop good working relationships and to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills;
  • Close attention to detail;
  • Be proactive and critical.
